No Defense is a GREAT Offense, Right? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are going to focus on three words for this post:
Edward, Snowden, HERO.
Three words that have been put together by our favorite wolf
in sheep’s clothing, David Clements, over and over again, and this time he’s
not even going to lie about it.
An article by the Santa Fe Reporter, granted not my favorite
publication, but sometimes they get it right, writes:
“Clements praises whistleblower Edward Snowden,
who’s leaked several documents exposing the vast extent of the country’s
intelligence industry, as a hero.”
Yes friends the wolf is calling a
man who jeopardized our nation’s security and endangered those fighting for our
freedoms a HERO. A man who betrayed his own country. A man who claims to have
the nation’s best interests at heart, but refused to follow the proper chain of
command to expose what he believed to be injustice… let’s take a look at two
things there:
1)
Is preventing terrorism a crime? Is tracking
known terrorists and protecting you and I an injustice?
2)
If you saw alleged wrong-doing in your workplace
would go straight to the media and start blasting your findings on a website without
even telling your boss? My bet is no. Would you call someone who does so a hero?
What does that really accomplish? Nothing
but further division and brokenness.
How does this reflect on our wolf's beliefs? Do we really want a leader that runs to reporters as a means of
fighting for what he believes in?
David Clements also copies the exact thought process of one our
nation’s worst presidents in history, Jimmy Carter.
Let’s reference this article by the Huffington Post:
“Snowden has been
hard-pressed to find support among U.S. politicians. Lawmakers on both sides of
the aisle have declared Snowden a traitor who deserves to be prosecuted for his
leaks.”
There’s one lawyer I know that supports Carter’s ideals, at
least on this topic, - and who knows what others: DAVID CLEMENTS.
Clements admits Snowden broke the law, but he says it’s okay
because Snowden had the constitution’s best interests at play. Did he? Clements
also says he admires someone who will put our nation at risk because they were standing
up for what he believed in. The risk then becomes will this wolf turn on his
sheep simply to save face with the media? My guess is yes.
So if leaving our country open to terrorists without any
defense and jeopardizing national security sounds like a good offense to you, the
wolf becomes our hero along with Edward Snowden.
